With reference to paragraph 11 (m) of my 10 Despatch No. 330 of the 7th. October, 1910, I have the honour to transmit a report by the Director of Public Works on the proposed additional Service Reservoir and Filter Beds at West Point.

I consider these works necessary and I have entered a sum of $50,000 in the Estimates for next year according- -ly under Public Works Extraordinary.
